Abstract
This article on Nervi describes first my discussion with Pier Luigi Nervi in late 1966 when I visited him at his office in Rome, second on the senior theses written by my students on his early 20th century completed designs in Italy and third my connection of Nervi to his contemporary engineers of similar achievements.
