The fourth Structural Engineers World Congress, SEWC2011-Italy, will be held at Lake Como, Italy 4-6 April 2011.  The primary purpose of SEWC2011 is to focus on the overall practice of structural engineering for both the technical and the theoretical aspects, including materials, actions, design, construction, research and tests.  The IASS is a founding member of SEWC and endorses this congress.
