Abstract
This paper proposes a conceptual tarso design framework based on the synthesized results from these interviews and case studies. The framework is built on rules and steps paired with recommended media for delivery all while considering functionality, constructability, and aesthetics. A pedagogical curriculum example is utilized to demonstrate the application of the framework with the focus on a mast top tarso design. This paper concludes with observed current challenges and plans for the framework's validation while serving as the foundation for further developing tarso guidelines and computer-aided tools.
