Abstract
The paper gives short review of the scientific and engineering activities led by author during 44 years. This achievements concern of some elaborated new approaches to shaping and analyses of lightweight structures. This way, were arose new theories for analysis of various types straight composite prismatic bars including thin-walled, new approach to their strength calculation, for instability such bars under combined loading, for space structures and many others. Author was investigated analytical solutions, experimental tests and numerical algorithms including programming. On the other hand, whole activity of the author is oriented on practical application of new conceptions in everyday engineering practice.
